Local Currency Transactions on Google Marketplace
We have several international customers who are interested in moving their transaction over to the marketplace for their upcoming renewal. The challenge we are seeing is that we have always quoted and accepted payment in local currency (AUD, GBP, EURO and USD). Forcing a customer to transact in USD for a marketplace deal seems less than desirable from a customers perspective especially considering we do not have visibility into the exchange rate that google will use to calculate their local currency invoice. For large multi year deals especially, there is a lot of uncertainty baked into the process.
Does anyone know how to get access to the FX rate google is using at any given time? Right now we are offering "estimates" to our customers, but this seems like a poor substitute for certainty
