Engaging CSPs through Microsoft Marketplace


Solgari is a Microsoft ISV and we have just published our transactable Solgari for Microsoft Teams solution on Azure and AppSource market places. It is an an all-channel digital contact center solution that turns Teams into an agent end-point for customer service service and sales. We are going to bring this out to CSPs through MarketPlace and I was hoping to connect with any ISVs that are already doing this. A simple question is whether anyone knows what is visible to the CSP once we make the offering available to it through Microsoft partner center? thanks a lot , Ed

Congratulations on publishing your offer! CSPs are a wonderful way to expand your reach into new geos or markets, and they're especially effective in the SMB space where many customers purchase Teams and other Microsoft products through MSPs and resellers.
