Does GCP offer annual upfront or quarterly billing options?

Yes, they allows for post pay (monthly, but its complicated and based on date/time of acceptance, so finance struggles with rev-req). They also now offer pre pay, so you can dictate invoice dates and amount during the contract duration. The only gotcha we've seen if they want to pay multi-yr upfront. Couldn't figure that out, so we have a workaround
